Beautiful hotel right by the river connected to an easy running and walking trail. The staff was also so friendly and kind, true hospitality which isn’t common to experience these days. I always try to stay at a homewood suites for this reason and the staff definitely fulfilled the reputation!

Very friendly staff. We had several issues we needed addressed and they were prompt in giving help even late at night and early in the morning. Comfortable and safe. I do wish they'd revamp how their breakfast room is set up. Accessing the food was a circus and stressful. And more options would have been nice.

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland! The suite was spacious, spotless, and had a full kitchenette—perfect for feeling at home. Comfortable beds and great separate living area. The free hot breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the evening socials were a nice touch. Staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in onward. Prime location near the river, restaurants, and easy access to the Tri-Cities. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. This is our new favorite in the area—we'll definitely return!
