Terrible stay

Took 3 hours to get checked in, was given the wrong room key 3 times. Two roaches were spotted within 30 mins of being there. One being a baby and the hotel overrall was extremely dirty. Cigarette stains everywhere etc.

WORST EVER

We saw many negative reviews but gave it a go anyway. It took us 20 minutes wait to get keys because the rude hotel employee was arguing with a disgruntled guest. As we waited, bugs were crawling on the floor. Once we got to check out the room, we were surprised that the room was not clean, the bed was made but not clean. Bathroom was dirty and there was urine in the toilet. We turned around and walked out. Tried to speak the office worker but she was tied up with another mad guest. STAY AWAY REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE!

The staff was very nice. But the property was in terrible condition. Live roaches in the room and the lobby, burn holes in blankets (of my non smoking room), smoke stains on the walls, weird dirty stains on the couch..and both the door locks were broken. This is not to Wyndham standards at all.

The T.V did not work or have connection to cable, so i went on my laptop to watch stuff, but the Wifi also did not work. Overall. 2 out of 5 stars, probably will never go back again though.

Sometimes Things Go Wrong

We were not able to check in at all due to a n internet failure. The concierge was very apologetic but new to the job and unable to help us at all. I had to find another hotel to stay in. I left my phone number but received no call so I tried to call to tell her we found another hotel but could not get through to her. Not her fault but a bad experience. I expect a full refund.
