Nice staff, but they had roaches. Also we paid for a queen but they don't have queens at all . So there was a bit of false advertising going on.

This is a run down hotel. There was no desktop to do any work on. A microwave was stacked on top of a small refrigerator, leaving barely enough space to set a laptop or a legal pad. It was noisy, and you could hear other guests through the walls.

It was easy to check in, room was nice, and clean. Had to go to desk to ask for more towels since there was three of us, but nog a big deal. There wax alot of noise in hallway late at night and the free breakfast was kind of a let down. Only offered cold cereal and waffles. Also couldn't understand that we couldn't take coffee or juice to room, but room had refrigerator and microwave in it. Also had some ants in room. Also a bug and insect trap in room.

Terrifying

We stayed for 15 minutes. Our flight got in very late, and we didn’t get to the Microtel until 3am. The Microtel smelled like smoke. Our room was horribly lit, smelled like a mixture of marijuana and cigarettes. The bed had one pillow. The comforter had multiple burn holes. Pulled the comforter back to reveal a faintly brown stained sheet that was moist. There were ants on the windowsill. No other place to sit. Rust in the bathroom, rack half falling off the wall, bath tub was gross, etc. Would never stay here again.

I picked it because it is close to my work. The qoman at the front desk told me I could cancel after booking 2mins prior to our conversations for the wrong week. She told me expedia had to contact the hotel and we could go feom there. Then she proceeds to say expedia hasnt reached out to her days after, nothing. I know expedia did because i have had this issue before and it was handled the same evening (its 1thing i like about expedia). So i ended up paying for a night i didn't stay.

The property had no door on the bathroom in the Queen suite. There were roaches crawling around in the bathroom and in the main quarters. The sheets and bedding were filthy like someone pissed on them. The room smelled like the bathroom, mold, and felt extra humid. They definitely need a health and safety inspection done. It’s a suprise they’re even still open with the quality of their hotel.

It was horrible. First room smelled of mold. We were given two rooms , instead of one with two queen beds, which we paid for. Later we were switched by Raj. He was a great help and went out of his way to make us comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were very dirty. There did not have any tissue boxes. When we asked at the front desk, they said they didn’t have any. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. There was nothing for breakfast. Overall it was a total waste of money. My kids wanted to leave. Don’t stat there.
