There was extreme ice in the outside walkways, driveway and entrance. Instead of salting or shoveling, they simply put up signs that the hotel could not be held responsible. Welcome to trouble.

Almost all the white towels are gray, look like either too old or not washed well. It is not easy to access the TV in room keep getting weak signal message for every channel. Too much/heavy bad/cigarette smell on the corridor.

There was bugs in our room, breakfast had no meat or eggs, a lot of traffic outside you can hear people in the parking lot. Staff were very nice
