Buyer beware. There is an insane lady working front desk, and so far, noone will help. This hotel is a very dangerous place to stay.

room maintenance was neglected. Entire hotel maintenance was neglected Had to request different room because "non smoking hotel" room assigned recreaked of cigarette smoke. Tables in breakfast area "rocked" when you used table top. Pool maintenance was not effective. No lift to access pool. Pool table felt torn numerous places. Only 3 balls available to play. My room door lever hung as if open and had to be bolt locked to secure. No room care from day one into day day 2. Wastepaper baskets not emptied. Towels not straightened or new ones placed. luggage carts almost impossible to move. some you could pull but not push. others had to be pushed but couldn't be pulled. I absolutely will not stay at this location in Richmond, IN again. What a disgrace to your reputation. This location should be razed.

This specific hotel was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Floor two smelled like smoke and they blamed it on someone from a year ago. Entering room, there was garbage and crumbs on the floor and the sheets had holes in it. I then politely asked for a different room and then I was put on the first floor and yes it didn’t smell like smoke but the cleanliness was still awful. Ripped sheets and dirty floors, hair in sheets. The hotel staff blamed it on the dryer. As I can understand that… I’ve been to hundreds of hotels and they simply replace the sheets. I got to this hotel at 11pm and spent Monday on it and checked out 20 mins later and stayed at the best western instead. No refund yet.

No the room was not spotless. Could be less visiting between Staff at the front desk while Im trying to check in. Swimming? A Pool? Have you personally checked on those recently? Down stairs that are steep, Pool out of site out of mind. A lift to avoid the stairs is non functioning and the lift panel is broken and leaning inside the lift. Billiards room you walk thru to get there is dirty, unusable. You can't play pool on a table that the felt is worn nd torn in multiple places. The room needs updated and "around the edges"cleaned.

You get what you pay for here. This place is absolutely filthy. The breakfast is non-existent. TV did not work everything about this place is cheaply done. I actually cannot believe they keep the Quailty Inn accreditation.

So dirty you feel unclean while there and after leaving. There’s a sign on the check-in desk declaring $150 would be charged for any indication, or smell, of smoking in the room, for any stains that couldn’t be laundered, for any missing linens, or for any damage to the room. As soon as we exited the elevator onto our floor which was non-smoking, we were knocked over by the smell of cigarette. Immediately upon walking into the room, the bedding had large unsightly stains. It was impossible to tell if it was unwashed or stained. The new bedding brought up by the front desk was the same. There were holes in the bathroom door, severely broken sink basin, and scores of damage done by pets. The only positive I can say here is that the air unit worked and the mattresses had bug covers.

We entered our room to find a dirty pillow (ok, there were 3 more) then we pull the covers back and the sheets were covered in stains! Called the front desk and was told there was nobody from housekeeping on staff but we could move rooms. Ended up moving rooms at 11:00 at night, with no apology.

A surprise room deposit of 125.was demanded upon arrival, house keeping is optional for a fee, hallways are dirty, room heater made a loud noise while running, room coffee was horrible,mini fridge was coated in ice, building is older and in need of repair.we expected more from the quality inn name.
