i needed a handicapped room for an 89 year old in a wheelchair - the handicapped room had a bed that was about waist high .. almost impossible for a handicapped person to get into ..... it would have been helpful if the bed were lower ... like a higher seat level ... otherwise ... no handicapped person without a winch is going to be able to get into the bed

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. One of the best parts was the location—there were plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away, which made dining out super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great stay! I even extended for one more night. Convenient to so many other places, stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Happy to have coffee and free breakfast. Quiet and restful. I had a wonderful view of the beautiful fountain. My only complaint would be the smell of air freshener or something being pumped into the room. I couldn’t find the source, or control it, so I had to keep my window wide open during my entire stay. The smell is terribly irritating to those of us with allergies and lung issues. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was just great!

It was fine, except for the doors constantly slamming. Their doors have no control mechanism to keep them from slamming, VERY HARD! If your sitting in bed, your entire body will shake if someone just lets their door slam, which most people do, even if it's 4-5 doors down! That, alone, will probably make me look elsewhere should I need a hotel near there again. Otherwise, everything else was perfectly fine. I didn't use the pool, spa, or fitness center. Breakfast was the typical DIY waffle makers, breads/bagels, some fruit, yogurt, and coffee/tea....the usual
