I am sorry that I don’t remember the name of the woman at the front desk on Sunday evening, but she was super helpful in helping us change our reservation due to an illness in our family. I was expecting it to be difficult, but she far exceeded my expectations and made it easy for us. I will come back whenever we visit family in Richmond.

The security door from the parking garage was always propped open, this allows anyone access to enter the hotel undetected The ice machine on the 3rd floor does not work The hotel offers a free breakfast, but the staff working the area is rude

I was not impressed with the hotel; even though I prepaid I was still required to give a $50 room deposit; the only redeeming quality is it’s location; the parking was ok The front desk staff were not friendly
