I loved this hotel! Everything was perfect but the only negative I can say is that the key card wasn’t working sometimes. They were nice about letting us leave our card with the front desk so we’d just pick it up before heading to the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Daniella. Everyone was nice and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked. This property is walking distance to everything. Cross the street and you are at Copacabana Beach. One mile the opposite way is Ipanema Beach. The streets are lined with restaurants that come alive at night. Their breakfast is expansive. Don’t skip it. Bottomless mimosas! And I felt safe. The entire area for blocks and blocks felt safe. Highly recommended!

Pretty much everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was great. The rooms are beautiful. The location is unbeatable. The restaurant is top-tier. The only thing I was surprised at was I had to cancel my trip last minute because I didn’t have a visa and they wouldn’t refund any portion of my stay. I rebooked with them anyway and I’m glad I did, but I thought that was a little offputting, great hotel.

The entire team went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasurable. Very polite and always wore a smile and ready to help, promptly. The room was lovely, partial sea view and ample space for 2 people. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Little details such as staff remembering what beverages you preferred went a long way. Its evident how hard the team work as it was a busy hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel on two occasions and food was of great quality.
