1. This hotel is nice and charges a good amount to stay, however I did not like that, they do not clean the rooms if you stay more than one might. If you request 24 hours in advance they will clean. However, no one comes when you call them. 2. They charge for parking and there is not enough parking. I had to park on the street, and I did not sleep well. The night I stayed the clerk told everyone to park in the handicap and loading zone. The next morning cars were towed, but we were told to park there. I was very unhappy and left mad.

GREAT stay! The only CONS I can think if is the refrigerator that doesn’t get cold enough, but they took care of it. Next is the bathroom faucet handle that keeps getting off, but can be put back on. The other con is the Parking fee of $27 / day. They should have this Free for guests or atleast for Hilton members. PROS: Free breakfast and good selection too! Free hot chocolate/ tea/ coffee downstairs anytime you like. Clean room and close proximity to Riverside convention center.

Had a horrible experience the people above made so much noise hard to sleep after having a long day. Woken up at 1130 pm again at 230 am then again at 5 am. Called the front desk 3xs. It was nice and clean just difficult to get rest.

Terrible. Over 3 hrs late in having our room ready to check in, garage was oversold (had to park a block away on the street even though we paid for parking), dirty water (sewer) water backed up into sink when we flushed the toilet, severe road noise kept us up all night, switched room second night but that one hadn’t been fully cleaned, shower door wouldn’t shut. Will never use any Hampton Inn again.

Always great customer service!! Clean room, great breakfast!! The one who checked us in was amazing and suggested us to go to Food Lab for dinner and that was great! Great stay, walkable area. Clean stay!
