Older place, a bit worn but generally well-kept. The towels, sheets, and floors were clean, the shower was hot, and the AC worked. Plenty adequate for a low-budget stay.

Very out dated, not maintained well. Carpet was so bad you may not want to walk on with bear feet. We chose this hotel because it was rated an 8 but I’m sure motel 6 rated 6 would have been better. Check out at 10am not 11 like most motels.

Can't really rate the Paintbrush on anything other than staff. They were overbooked and arranged a room for us at the hotel next door (Sundowner). The hotel we stayed in was very nice, and I would stay there again.

Decent stay

TV is motel is older and less price than surrounding hotels, so we were not expecting perfection. The room had fairly new carpet, the bed was comfortable, spacious room, and clean. Would stay again. It did take the air conditioner two hours to cool the room.

Unbeatable value

Very clean bedding and bathroom. Window AC works strong (note that the thermostat on the wall is for the heater, not the AC). Excellent value for the price!

I had a very disappointing stay at this motel. The room was extremely dirty - there was hair everywhere, including on the floor, in the bathroom, and even on the bedding. The electrical situation was also concerning, with open sockets and several plugs that didn’t work. The bedding and towels looked very old, worn out, and far from clean. Overall, it felt very poorly maintained and unhygienic. I would not recommend staying here.
