Very convenient, just off the highway coming into town. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband booked on Expedia. When I arrived, I changed my room from 1 to 2 beds to accommodate my sister who stayed with me. The room wasn't cleaned as there wasn't a change order in the system that the previous guest left early and housekeeping wasn't notified. Also, there was a new employee on the front desk and he was dealing with some computer/software issues. We waited no more than 15 minutes for the room to be tidied up and the new employee handled the everything very well! Housekeeping was very apologetic but we told them things happen and they did a good job cleaning well and in quick fashion. Job well done!
It appears that the property may be under new management and it looks as if there is fresh paint. Our real complaint is that there are no towel bars in the bathroom and I would very much like to see all hotel/motel chains make putting a handrail or handgrip in all showers. I would also like to see maybe a little outdoor greenspace during the good weather times. If you're staying longing than a night or two, it's a nice feature. Air conditioner worked. Didn't take advantage of breakfast, but that was by choice. Pretty sure the beds weren't queen but I'm used to a king bed so my sense of size may be off a bit. I'd stay there again. I get to Riverton for family 2-4 times a year.
