Nice staff, Carlos the driver is amazing. He took us on personal excursions as we were looking for transportation and he went ABOVE and BEYOND. Free cocktails passes were given to us generously for about 6 free drinks. Nice entertainment and onsite restaurant. My Only complaint is the hot water only last for two minutes. Water was only warm for the rest of your shower. Wi-Fi issues in one part of the building but it was resolved the next day. Still a nice stay with easy access to the beautiful beach and walking distance to other restaurants and a store. I would still stay here again. I would give it 5 stars easily if the hot water worked better. Friends staying in a different room had the same hot water issues.

This hotel is in the prime area of West Beach! We chose it, because it was a little cheaper than the others in the same area. The beach access is amazing, staff are extremely helpful and we loved the beach restaurant and bar. The rooms are a little outdated, but very clean. The pool was somewhat of a bummer- much smaller and older looking than most of the surrounding area pools. The breakfast package we had included in our stay was also a nice additional benefit, but some mornings the breakfast offerings were much better than others. Otherwise, this is a great option for staying while in Roatan!

Room 1304, Feb 6-9/25 : We were greeted warmly and checked in with ease even though we arrived early. Staff kindly held our luggage, allowed us full use of the grounds, and found us when our Suite was ready (thanks Alejandro!) 1304 is conveniently located, with a large private patio poolside. The grounds are full of native foliage and you literally couldn’t see onto our (3rd floor) balcony even if you stood directly in front. The suite also has a 2nd deck off the bedroom. We originally booked the breakfast-only option intending to shop in the village and use the kitchenette, but on arrival we decided to opt in for the All-Inclusive Buffet and Drinks option. It was an economic move for us at $150 per person total (prorated to account for the breakfast option we previously purchased). We love vacation cocktails and thought of the AI option like a “Drinks with Buffet” pass. Consider it if that’s the way you like to play, too. The buffet is fine; the options are limited but change daily. The food is good, and the service is excellent. You’ll get enough to eat and enjoy lovely people doing their very best to accommodate you. The beach bar is perfectly located to enjoy water views and people watching. The drinks are great, and the AI option comes with Top-Shelf liquors. The Service there is sometimes slow but the Staff is hard working and genuinely kind. (Shout out to Nelson, Manuel, and Dawson!). Snorkeling the reef couldn’t be easier! Wake up, walk out, and wade in!

Fabulous location on a beautiful beach. Nice bar and restaurant. One of the nicer hotels on West Bay beach. Quite expensive

The personal, food, services, location was awesome. The room amenities were terrible, poor shower water pressure, no soap dish in shower, bed's would roll around, exhaust fan no work, only 1 luggage holder in a room with 2 beds, although the room was clean the other features or lack there of was substandard with price paid.

The property was fine. I did not like my original room as the amenities in the room felt old. The stairs to the room were old looking and the room I was in was noisy. I moved over to the tower which was nicer and more comfortable. The pillows were hard .. the television volume would not adjust and again the shower and sink were a lot dated. For the money I expected a little more .

The room lacks many common amenities a room should have It lacks a second luggage holder it lacks good water pressure it lacks warm water it lags soap dish in the shower and some other nice cities so for the price I'm not convinced I would stay again
