The chair was stained, mattresses had covers, clean over all. Refrigerator and microwave, and the tv worked. Smelled good

Horrible experience

From the lobby to the room it wasn’t clean, on our way to the room we could hear what was going on inside the other rooms. Didn’t really get to sleep due to the walls being paper thin and we could hear the person next to us blasting music.

This was by far the worst experience of my entire life, it was massively overpriced compared to other properties, it was FILTHY, there was pee in the elevator, the elevator switch was duct taped to the wall, the entire top floor was insanely loud and smelled of marijuanna, the tv didnt work the entire stay, the heat was stuck on 78 and like an oven, the shower had no hot water, housekeeping knocked with a do not disturb on the door, and the highway is so loud its like sleeping outside, i am seeking a full refund

they lied about the shower its not rain fall and theres no jacuzzi/hottub the walls was cracked and the outlets had no covers there was no heat it was cold the whole time and the “heater” didnt even work it kept shutting off at 78 blowing out cold air
