I did not try the breakfast as my friends appointments were very early in the morning. All staff were wonderful to deal with, from checkin to checkout. The room was very clean, comfy bed and everything worked as it should. I would stay here agin. Great value and nice property and staff.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to do so. Best value in all of Rochester, seriously. It is clean/tidy, the staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful. The price is excellent and they offer one of the best breakfast selections in the area for that price point hotel. Mr. Pizza across the street is ALWAYS a do not miss stop.

This is a great hotel to stay. Great location, clean and nice for the price. Room has everything you need. It has a microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker. They even make cute origami animals with the towels. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. My plans changed and I checked out a day early and they graciously refunded me for the 1 night. The breakfast is good and nice variety of hot and cold items. They have biscuits and bacon and sausage and I made a breakfast sandwich. I had a waffle and yogurt and the coffee was good with coffeemate flavored creamers. I would definitelty stay here again.

My spouse is disabled with a recent amputation of the right foot. He said the disability shower and accessibility was the "best he has ever seen" in any of the hotels we have visited. Staff were friendly and the room was spotless, decorated with towels that were molded into animal shapes like you find on cruises! It was TRULY excellent!

We travel to Rochester a few times a year for appointments at Mayo. We usually stay closer to the hospital but saw the more affordable price for this facility and decided to take a chance. This is now be our place to stay each time. The price was very affordable compared to other options and was actually cleaner and better than the others. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, they offered a shuttle to and from Mayo, and the facility is one of the cleanest you will find. The rooms have been newly remodeled and are beautiful and comfortable. We recommend it to anyone we know that has to travel to the area.
