I was to have surgery the following morning and either an adjoining room or the room above was a Call of Duty soldier going until midnight- loudly. Not very conducive to a good night’s sleep.

When we checked in I was told they didn’t have the room I paid for available anymore. Never received a refund. After we received our room key we went to our room and walked into the room with people already in there. When we went back down to check in they gave us a new room. When we went to that room we walked in on another couple. This happened a total of 3 times before we received a room that was vacant. How does this happen? After this I didn’t feel safe in our room. The next day we came back to our room and keys didn’t work. Went back to check in and had to new keys twice before we were able to get back into our room. There was also no on site parking. Overall not a good experience.
