We love this hotel

We love staying at the Even Hotel as we can walk to downtown Rochester, plus the bike path and pickleball courts are close by. The shower floor had hair in the corner of the shower otherwise I would have given cleanliness 5 stars too.

Loved all the hard surfaces. Everything was very clean, and our room was freshened up each day. The location is perfect for our Mayo appointments and close to a lot of restaurant options. We will definitely be returning!

The even hotel is very nice clean friendly. All good. Although I think I had a one-off experience though where there was a damp spot on our mattress. Hoping it was a spot cleaning that just hadn't dried yet . Too tired to do anything about it so just a towl over it and put up with it

This is an excellent place to stay for access to St. Mary's and other Mayo Clinic locations. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. Has workout equipment in room if you're at the Even and you can bring your pet at the Staybridge, what could be better?
