The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly & polite at all times. Love that we were able to have a kitchen in our room so that it saved us from having to go out to eat all the time. Our purpose of being up there for my daughter’s many visit’s at the Mayo Clinic which is seriously only like 10 minutes away from the hotel which was so nice. This is seriously the place to stay!!!!

The staff and manager are flexible, they agreed for me to check-in early during thr non-peak season without extra charges. They also support 2 of friends who blind to have room in the first floor for my friends’ most convenient. We will come back to stay here next time.

Everything smelled. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet running. Only nice thing was the laminate flooring throughout the entire room made me less worried about unclean carpet.
