Lobby is beautiful with an outstanding breakfast assortment. Pool and spa tub were nice amenities. The gym was well equip with Peleton bikes that my husband could use his account on. The only small issue was that the room was pretty dark. The lighting wasn’t great but it was clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice too. However the quality of the room was not as good as we expected. The water faucet was loose and one of the hangers in the bathroom was loose. It is not very safe, especially with kids around.

The room was great, but the heater was blowing directly in my husband's face, and he couldn't sleep very well. There was too much chlorine in the hot tub, and my skin was itchy. My husband's skin was itchy, also from the bed sheets, probably too much bleach.

There was a bit of a snow storm and the snow removal was basically non-existent. Even the next day the hotel parking lot had not been cleared and it was entirely filled with snow and slush. It had snowed 3 or 4 inches. It was very uncomfortable in terms of loading the car after checkout. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast and facilities are good.
