You get what you pay for.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was adequate for the price. Smoke detector in room was covered with a plastic bag. Staff was advised, offered a lame reason for this. Rochester Fire Department was contacted and advised of this situation. RFD will be doing an inspection.

I was surprised at the cleanliness for the price! Staff was decent. Convenient location for shopping, eating, and not far of a drive from the Mayo Clinic. I would definitely stay here again.

I would not stay here again, extremely noisy. There was even a fight and police came. The front desk did not care nor did they do anything about the situation. We could not sleep for three hours because of this in the middle of the night.The workout room does not have any working machines.

3 rd stay here. This time pulled back the sheets . A quarter and nail clipper were laying there. And there was an orange under the edge of the same bed. Someone obviously was not paying attention.
