Not a keeper of their words asked for confirmation on specific handicap room texted them contacted them on 4 occasions to confirm when we arrived after a 6 hour drive they didn’t have my accommodations meet at all. Bloody sheets and dirty bathroom dust everywhere

I traveled all night and half the day and when I booked the hotel I was ready to go in and go to sleep. The lady at the desk was doing multiple things helping out other guest and was extremely nice to everyone. She had my room open and let me in a couple hours before check in. I definitely needed that rest. I travel a lot and will be looking for Microtel hotels now!!
