Newly remodeled two story cottage with open kitchen and living areas. Front porch and east facing windows have a beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay. Across the street there is a 30 ft dock for your use. Master Bedroom with adjoining full bath.
Two pull out queen sofa beds. Bring your paddleboards, kayaks and fishing poles. Cottage has WIFI and smart TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and we are located within walking distance to Seabreeze, Durand Park and Irondequoit bay Marine boat launch.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Lake Ontario. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.
