Reported lack of hot water in the morning 10AM to the person at front desk. She took it casually. Even at 8PM no hot water. Had to check out and find accommodation somewhere else. Reporting to Mayo clinic concierge to not recommend this hotel to patients traveling from afar. Recommend staff to be trained to be truthful acknowledging when a problem cannot be fixed in a timely way.

Room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful! This hotel served our basic needs...beds were good, plenty of pillows and towels. We didn't utilize the pool, so I can't say anything about that. My only complaints would be that there isn't a great spot to fill up water bottles, one of the elevators sounds like it needs maintenence (so we avoided using it), and the room wall art was a bit morbid looking. Otherwsie, it was close enough to Mayo for a quick drive and had good amenity options nearby!

My grandkids were exposed to live wires in their room, the ceiling in the swimming pool bathroom had fallen down. Very cold hallways. The swimming area needs a make over. The countertop in my bath room had split apart.

We got locked out of the room a couple times and had to have the front desk attendant unlock the door with a key. The pool area could use a good cleaning too and the hottub was colder then the pool which was extremely disappointing

It was ok, the last morning of my stay the hot water heater broke. The front desk told me that the heater went down the night before and the repair technician would not be there until later in the day. I feel like the hotel should have paid the extra for call-out, so the technician would have fixed the heater the night before.

Kids pool water was cold, unable to swim in it the first day. Second day: My husband had a spine surgery scheduled. I went out and started the car at 5:00am and pulled it in the front of the hotel for easy access for my husband, who was using a cane. I was parked approximately 15 min and when we came down I was told "You need to park in the parking lot. You are not allowed to park our car there." I explained the situation and was again rudely scolded. I said "I get it." I guess I thought a little more compassion and not as much attitude would have been more appropriate.
