This was my second time staying at Sleep Inn and again it did not disappoint! Any request I made, the front desk was accommodating and on top of it! Ann, Mike, Muhammad, and Isayath are simply the BEST!!! Rooms and property inside and out were always clean and quiet. And, I love the fact that there are restaurants and grocery stores surrounding the hotel.

No water pressure in shower, no hand soap anywhere in room, no food in breakfast area, no drinks in breakfast area, room not cleaned and when we asked they said to fill out a card but didn’t know anything about that and even when we did still was not cleaned. Only 1 trash in room when there is a kitchenette there should have been a least a second one

We were very pleased with this hotel. Very nice people including a manager named Mike. Very clean!! The full breakfast every morning is the best I have ever experienced. If I need a follow up at the Mayo Clinic I will be staying here again

The front desk personnel were very extremely nice, helpful accommodating. I had an issue with my first room with the shower head being broken that could not be properly fixed that day. Isayth did not hesitate to place me in another room that I actually liked better. The night front desk personnel (Walker) was definitely helpful with giving directions, social, and made sure the next shift knew that I could possibly need a later check out time.

Excellent hotel in Rochester.

This is a excellent place to stay. Very clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here any time I am in Rochester . Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.

Front Desk Staff

At check in, when given my drivers license I was told that they don’t allow any bookings from local people. I told her I was not aware of this. She snapped, it’s right on our website. I didn’t book through their website, I booked through a 3rd party. She said, well we will have to make sure it says it there too. She said ‘i’ll allow it this one time’ - gets us keys to our room and the room was not clean. So, came back to let her know the room was dirty. The only thing said to me was a big huge loud sigh, got new keys and wrote the room number down and handed it over. She made me feel SO unwanted and so unwelcome.
