Outside: Property looks great. Landscaping is well manicured and inviting. Inside: At time of check in, the front desk staff was outside sharing a cigarette with a "guest", so we waited for several minutes for her to come inside to check us in. Several "guests" appeared to be more like short / long term residents that lived at the property and paid rent. These residents were often seen using common areas as extended living spaces that detracted from the appearance and feeling of safety / security of the facility.
