Nature and its attractions are never too far away, and you’ll easily be able to check out the shops and restaurants in Rockaway and nearby towns such as Tillamook.

This two-story home boasts everything you'd need to make your dream vacation a reality. The living room is expansive, with imported Italian porcelain tile and new carpet, modern furnishings, a plush sectional sofa, and plenty of windows overlooking the scenery. For entertainment, enjoy a 55' 4K smart TV and Blu-ray player, as well as Netflix streaming capability.

Just steps away lies a roomy dining area. The kitchen has all the amenities one could need to whip up a filling family meal. There's a fridge, new convection oven and stove, and a dishwasher plus a few extra chairs for the whole family to enjoy those meals.

You'll find three bedrooms plus a spacious loft here, featuring new luxury memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, offering a couple optimum privacy, and a 40' TV. The second and third bedrooms each boast queen beds. The 400-square-foot loft offers plenty of space to move about, and it’s the perfect place for the kids to stay, with a twin bunk bed, twin trundle daybed, a futon, and a 55' TV. There are two bathrooms for everyone to share as well.

Don't forget to head to the garage, which features a game room to make kids of all ages jump for joy. There is a foosball table for a little friendly competition. A washer and dryer will keep your beach and non-beach gear clean, and free WiFi means you will always stay connected with friends back home.

Head out onto the deck and grill your fresh catch or roast marshmallows at the fire pit in the expansive yard. You can also bring your favorite canine friends (please note the 20-pound weight limit) for an additional nightly fee.

Head south into Tillamook for a tour of the cheese factory, or go north instead to reach charming Manzanita or Cannon Beach. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
