The place was just wierd, the floor was crooked and so uneven that they to put one side of the bed on slats, it looked nice but sadly the toilet area was dirty, and when you closed the door it was filthy, there were long back hairs everywhere as well.

This property did not live up to the star rating. No lift and no help with bags. It tries to play on its authenticity but it fails. For instance even though there is a tv in the room it cannot comfortably be seen from any of the seating. The accommodation is grubby and poorly presented. The main railway line run right alongside rattling windows all through the night and day. This hotel shows no sign of being cared for.

The hotel had a classy 1920s feel. Large, clean room, comfy bed. The shower and sink were in the main room which was a little weird but would definitely stay again.

It started with the warning that a key left in your room would cost $50. Lots of small details, like a missing lampshade, stained spa (premium feature) made the room feel run-down, like the proprietor doesn't care. And the king mattress was truly awful - soft and lumpy. I thought to put it on the floor but then realized it was the mattress itself that was bad. Combined with the people in the room upstairs stomping on their floor (they probably couldn't sleep either) it was a mostly sleepless night. Poor value.

Beautiful room but it had a smell to it that was a little overpowering, I think it just needs a deep clean. Self check in was easy and the parkings close. It was really well priced so you get what you pay for.

Loved the room, it was clean and tidy. The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Shower was awesomeand the staff were excellent. The only thing that was unpleasant was the rubbish bin in the courtyard that smelt terrible. Overall, I would totally reccommend this place for those who enjoy something a little bit different.
