The room had roaches, No comforters. We had to move in the middle of the night. The mgr was not available, he was suppose to come in the next morning however when I went to the desk to speak to him I was told he would not be in until 12:00. We were there for a funeral. Horrible experience!

We checked in at 8 pm, and the front desk gentleman was super friendly! I noticed a hotel rating plaque and kitchen/dining rating plaque both A's. Our room was clean but worn and according to staff the hotel is up for a remodel. The pool area was very nice and clean.

Hot room, dusty

The room temperature never got lower than 80°. It was hot. He brought up a fan that didn’t even have a knob on it. Then the the plant that was in there was so full of dust.
