Place is falling apart

Place is falling apart. Buttons and light missing from elevator. The smoke detector in my room was lying on the dresser when I checked in. The refrigerator in my room was broken and showed evidence of mold growing. The curtains didn’t fully close. Doorknob was missing from the closet. Place felt really unkept. I was just here less than 2 years ago and it wasn’t this bad. I won’t be back.

Check in was easy. King Room was big. Fitness center adequate. Treadmills was in metrics under English setting. Could use a good cleaning. No towels. Top cover on bed had old stains. Front desk gave me a replacement one. Property overall would get a good rating. With little touch ups could be a great property.

Overall great stay. Only complaint the garbage in the main lobby by the coffee station was always overflowing. Also the free coffee station in the lobby….would be nice if the coffee was checked more often….it was empty or cold more often than not.

First stop on our way to the beach for vacation with the family. Booked online what I thought showed a suite with two queen beds and a pullout couch in both rooms, ended up needing a third room, which was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast was pretty good, very clean in there, well kept up. The beds however we’re rather uncomfortable and stiff. Slightly abnormal for country Inn and suites.

Hotel stay was great for on our way to Southport/Oak Island, NC. Everything was great and clean. Hopefully they can give the hot top a good scrub and some disinfectant but other than the moldy hot tub, everything else from staff to cleanliness was amazing! Would definitely stay here again! Hot tub questionable.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to Florida from New Jersey. We checked in at 3:00am and the front desk attendant was super nice and quick. The rooms were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was perfect before we started the second leg of our trip. Theresa who helped with breakfast was so nice and knowledgeable about the area and we loved chatting with her. Would highly recommend staying there again!
