Everything was great except the breakfast. A motorcycle convention was in town.The management didn't prepare for a large group of people. The food was sparse to non-existent. There was not even coffee. The kitchen help was doing what they could, but, were completely overwhelmed.

Fantastic Hotel!!

The hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive. The beds were the most comfortable beds I think I’ve slept on. I would definitely recommend and stay there again

Very disappointed. Air in room not working properly. Phones in room not working. Shower head dripped and kept bathroom floor wet the entire time. This was a safety hazard as wet tile was slippery. Hot tub not working. The refrigerator in the room froze everything we put in it. No convenient plug in for phones/ipads. We had 3 nights booked and they locked us out of our room twice in error. They said sometimes this happens after check out time. Very frustrating. 😡 I spoke with the mgr and because I booked with Expedia, there was nothing they could do other than send someone to fix the issues. No refunds given. Issues were not fixed during our visit. Cannot give a recommendation to this hotel. Find another in the area. There are many.

The whole place was clean. There is a lack of help there. Good luck getting breakfast. Dinner took a while to get. Water jug ran out, no one to fill it back up. Employees are nice, but not enough of them to keep things moving.

Front desk personal are great .Breakfast was normal motel food but the people serving are really nice to be around.We enjoyed the lounge and had supper there one night was nice not having to go far.Room far exceeded our expectations. Definitely will be back next year.

Rooms are old and smell stale. I can tell rooms used to be smoking rooms as that smell of stale tobacco hung in the air. The first room I was given stank of mold. In addition the first room had an extractor fan in the bathroom that was so loud it actually hurt my ears. The second room was OK. Breakfast was not good. Like warm food. Coffee was constantly out except for the last day
