So disappointed with this Hampton Inn. They no longer have cookies upon arrival. They no longer have real dishes, just paper plates. Food is mediocre. Could use more toppings for the oatmeal. Hard boiled eggs are really cold. Staff was not hospitable. Extra expense for parking which is ridiculous because it’s ample. Didn’t realize the low cost was on par with Motel6 standards. Best to go to Homes2Suite across the street

I was followed in by a homeless man who helped himself to some coffee during breakfast. The receptionist escorted him out. She assumed i was with him and questioned my booking in front of the guests. How embarrassing.

Room was nice and big and clean. Nice bed… Everything actually was great except they charge $7 dollars for parking which I find odd. We stayed at the Oxford suites last time because of the free parking and they both do breakfast. I would say we would choose that one over this one in the future. Overall experience was good.

The bed pillows are heavy, old and lumpy. Also, the wall air conditioning unit was old and noisy. It has to run constantly or the room gets hot and stuffy. Be sure if that, my sinuses got dried out and I had trouble breathing. One of the elevators was broken so it took forever to get on the working one.

The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Rohnert Park is top notch. I’m in between apartments at the moment and have stayed quite a few nights here as I’ve yet to secure a new apartment. The staff here is friendly, hard working, organized, quick… I can’t say enough about how great all of the staff here is. It makes for a great stay.

My son and I did not get much sleep. We were on the 3rd floor and the person above us was up all night. I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk but it did not work. I called the property on my cell phone, and it was very difficult for the night clerk to understand what I was saying. I was trying to tell her that the people above us were stomping and jumping around all night. She said she would call them finally after trying to understand me. The noise did not stop. We will never stay at this property again. We were visiting my daughter at Sonoma State and probably would stay there again, if it wasn't so noisy.
