Yes! The fron staff was wonderful. I had been hurt earlier and they brought me ice packs for my knee throughout the night and made sure I was comfortable. I was VERY impressed and appreciative!

The hotel itself was nice & clean. The staff... neither the night or morning front desk staff smiles. They were courteous but a smile here & there would not hurt. The rooms have been updated but as another reviewer said...where are the outlets!? Had to unplug the clock near the bed so that I could plug in my phone charger near the bed. Make sure you have your wall adapter, there are no usb outlets!

Good value, comfortable stay

This was a nice place to stay for a night while visiting someone at Ft. Leonard Wood. The pillows were super flat but the bed was great, and the room was generally clean and comfortable.
