I have been staying here for years now when I go down to visit nearby family. This past year it has slowly declined. While the rooms are pretty nice and I love the suite options, the hallways are really looking rough and the smells from the residential employees is starting to overwhelm. The breakfast has also gone downhill but the prices have gone up. Makes me sad because I love this place. For what they offer however, I do recommend the stay if in the area.

Terrible customer service at check in. Waited at the counter for 20 minutes calling a number that was left on a sign stating out on the property please call. No answer when called. Rang the bell several times. When desk Chen clerk showed up she gave no greeting or apology.

So annoyed and dissapointed. I gave noticed will be late checking in and when we get there they pre check us in and gave us key to a room where someone already checked in. So embarassed and scared as people in there already sleeping . They need to work on their system and ensure not to double book.

There is nothing that I/we didn't like about this property. Front desk clerk was so very nice and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast is a real plus. It has a fitness center, is clean, safe and has very reasonable room rates. Hotel is also very close to freeway.

Great room. Had issue with a lamp they just took it didn’t bring it back. No pillows for pull out couch. Called they brought them right up. Pull out couch bed. To uncomfortable to sleep on. Just slept on couch. Couch faux leather cracking and flaking off.

We couldn’t get into the hotel or the room. The keys rarely worked. The couch looked like it was attacked by a large animal. Huge gouges taken out of it. The sheets had stains and hair. They had no milk, creamer, yogurt, they ran out of pancake mix and syrup. The gravy was cold and ran out of eggs. They also ran out of plates! The staff was rude and said they were doing the best they can and made constant excuses. I would never stay here again. Terrible.
