Horrible breakfast options, I mean at this point just say you don’t offer breakfast. Pathetic, empty, and misleading. No hot breakfast, no waffle mix, broken juice machine, old milk, old cereal, no bread, no yogurt. Bed linens felt scratchy and bathroom doors didn’t shut, locks were broken.

The 2nd floor smelled like animals urine and the carpet in the hallway appeared to have once been flooded and not cleaned. The continental breakfast was an absolute joke. The sausages were cold although in a crook pot. I asked about more coffee because the machine was out; the employee blamed the night shift crew stating they didn't do sh**, and the was no more coffee because it was froozen. The elevator barely worked. The rooms didn't have all of cooking utensils and to honest, because of all of what I seen, my and I just opted to eat out- which defeated the purpose of me booking this hotel. I was completely embarrassed I booked this hotel for my family. Paige was great; however I could see the pure frustration and embarrassment when I told her my room wasn't clean. We did end up switching rooms 3x's however, even in the suite, the sofa was scratched and fabric started peeling. It's safe to say, I will not book at this hotel ever again.

We liked the room but was disappointed the internet would not work on the 3rd floor. We called the desk twice and was told it should work and if not come down to desk and they could help. When we went down it worked without help so we thought all was good then went back up and nothing. My son had to finish his report on his hotspot which took forever and caused him to miss his submission deadline. The hallways and elevator was really dirty but the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. We told the lady at the front desk about the internet and she said they had been gettin complaints from the 2nd floor as well. This could have been a one off but sadly, I would not stay here again knowing the internet may not work but for the price it’s a good deal as long as you don’t need internet.

No hot breakfast was available on Thanksgiving or the Friday morning after. Internet was horrible. Was unable to do any of my work on my work trip. I will never stay at this hotel again. Staff was rude on Thanksgiving morning. Girl was rude to other guests and kept saying things as she walk away. Never eye contact. Very rude. I travel a lot and I stay in a long of hotels around the country. So please train staff to be kind to your guest. Especially a holiday. Of all days, so sad to see people not care about customer comfort n smiles would be nice and greeting like every other hotel Very disappointing to visit my son in the military and have to stay at such a horrible place. And who doesn’t have any paper/pen or offer any water in the rooms. Seriously

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during Thanksgiving. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even allowing us to use their lobby for our Thanksgiving dinner with my family — something we truly appreciate. The hotel was clean, comfortable, the room was equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and kitchen utensils, which made it quick and easy to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. I highly recommended !

I don’t give reviews but have to . I usually check bathrooms this one has stained urine . The sofa had pet hairs. The room above us played loud music , dogs barking and kids playing loudly . My son has to sleep as he just got off the base . The breakfast sausage for consecutive days is hard . Not checking if there’s enough juice in the breakfast room . The cart to put our things was so dirty that we have to put towel on it . Receptionist are nice and asked me how’s my stay and I told her the truth .
