The general manager said that the room that we reserved wasn’t available( bed with a sofa couch for the children to sleep on) then I proceeded to let them know that we would just have to find somewhere else (so the kids wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor) then she all of a sudden had a room, with a sofa couch, available. We paid for it, went to the room and it DIDNT have a couch and before we could even get back up to the front desk to see what was going on there were blankets and pillows delivered to the room (for the floor). We tried to explain to someone else and they just dismissed everything that we had to say and basically said that they didn’t care. Horrible staff. Horrible general manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND this specific hotel.
