Quirky historic hotel with a lot of character. Be aware of 7 steps without railing to enter building . Staff was friendly ,fabulous, and helpful with restaurant ideas. Great location to walk to lots of sights and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for great hotel in this mid price range.

Incredible hotel and so much more than expected. We were greeted by 4 people. Each person was kind and super helpful. We got an upgrade without asking for it. They saw that we had more luggage and thought we could use a bigger space. 24 hour service and you can tell that this family owned hotel is run with care. We loved the staff! They were so friendly and helpful. It took us about 10-15 to get to areas of shopping around the Trevi Fountain area and there was also some shopping in the other direction near the Opera House. It worked out great for us. Our room was adorable and very clean. We really can't say enough great things about the staff and the 24 hour reception desk. Yes, we would stay here again.
