The staff was helpful. They were great to talk with, Mauricio who was in duty when we checked in gave us a map and circled places to visit that were in walking distance. I got the room with the breakfast and it was food. My main complaint was lack of signage telling you the hotel was on the third floor and where the elevator was. Guests of the hotel told us as we had no idea where to go.

Excrllant ptoperty and helpful staff. Nora and Mario both provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants and navigating the city. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were ample and very good. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to train, bus, and metro stations and well as some popular sights.

There is pride of ownership and service. There is 24 hour access to helpful staff. Breakfast on the balcony is lovely and offers wonderful fresh fruit with yogurt and pastries.

The location was perfect and all of the staff running the hotel were really lovely and so friendly! Unfortunately, there were a few issues. There is no access to an iron in the hotel (I have stayed in hotels of all calibre all over the world and never not had access to an iron. We were advised there was a pressing service close to the hotel - I was charged €40 for 5 items! We also had no mirror in our room, there was a mirror above the sink in the bathroom but I am short so could only see the top half of my face. The hotel is quite noisy, the cleaning staff have their team meeting at 6am every morning right outside my mother’s room waking her up each morning. These are fairly small things but overall made our stay a little uncomfortable.

The staff at Oceania was very helpful. They store your luggage, call a taxi if needed, answer many questions and provide a unique Roman older hotel experience. It has been updated and the bathroom was nice. To avoid our initial confusion, there is a sign on the building and you must go up a couple stairs and then go down the hall to the small elevator to 3rd floor. We had to ask as no signage directed you. There is no Lobby coffee. You must purchase it. Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and would stay here again.

This property is more like a pensione than a hotel. It is on the 3rd (European) floor of a nondescript building so it was a little difficult for us to find it. The decor is dated but everything is neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad we opted to include the breakfast which was Italian style and served to us. It is very close to Termini train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain, and even closer are the beautiful Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano and the Scala Santa. I would stay there again.

Internet wi-fi was poor. Since TV was connected to wi-fi, we couldn’t use it and no one serviced it despite our complaint. Staff was respectful and generally helpful, except for failure to address that one complaint.
