Everyone was extremely helpful, they are all welcoming and go above and beyond. They gave restaurant recommendations, called taxis, colored maps, helped with laundry services, and made us breakfast to go. We felt safe and welcomed. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful welcoming staff in a unique setting. Hotel is on the third floor of a multi-use building...which took some time to locate! Once upstairs, however, you are greeted warmly, and shown to your room, which was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was generous and delicious. Conveniently located, close to train station (walkable) and many sites.

Wonderful family-friendly hotel in central Rome, walkable to so many sights. The staff was unfailingly helpful and friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Italian-style breakfast was ample and tasty. Cold AC was very welcome in during a heat wave. Highly recommend!

My favourite while in Rome

Clean and quirky hotel with amazing service staff at desk and at breaky! Location close to train station and a block away from bus. Also quiet and easy to walk to. AC wasn’t pumping full blast but staff tried their best to make it comfortable, and we were every night. Loved this hotel!

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and called taxis for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wi-fi a bit slow but adequate. My daughter had a walking boot on as she had a broken leg. Staff was unable to provide a chair for the shower but sink was big enough to wash hair and wash up. Hotel was on a hill and there were some large steps to get in the building. May be difficult for some with mobility issues. Overall good location walking distance to some sites and good restaurants.

The staff was helpful. They were great to talk with, Mauricio who was in duty when we checked in gave us a map and circled places to visit that were in walking distance. I got the room with the breakfast and it was food. My main complaint was lack of signage telling you the hotel was on the third floor and where the elevator was. Guests of the hotel told us as we had no idea where to go.
