A gem in Rome

The hospitality and friendliness is amazing and sincere. The staff are awesome! The room and the bed were very comfortable and we both slept very well. Breakfast was terrific. The food was plentiful and of high quality. Once again the staff were brilliant. This is a great place to stay when visiting Rome. It is 5 minute walk to the station which gives you easy access to all the sites and there are some great bars, cafes and restaurants around the area.

Service was good and breakfast was good. Hotel was clean. I was in room 14 and that section of the hotel feels like a garage conversion. No window or extractor in bathroom. The extractor not working and it looks like it has not worked in years. Asked for repair but nothing done. Noise within the hotel filters to this area. Disturbed sleep one very noisy male member of staff can be heard most times of day and night. Since I value peace and quiet and good ventilation I would score them 3-4 out of 10.

Comfortable hotel stay in great location

Hotel is very comfy, clean, and a short walk to the Roma Termini station. Surrounded by good restaurants. Safe environment. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly if need help to book a taxi and general info. I recommend this hotel!

Excellent overall! Would stay here again.

Hotel is located in quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the main train station. We stayed in a triple room, it was spacious and very comfortable. The first night was a little cold in the room but we asked for extra blankets and the staff were great. Breakfast was very good and had many good options. We will definitely stay here again, this hotel made our stay in Rome very enjoyable.

This was an amazing stay. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were very accommodating to me and my son throughout our stay. The manager even came by during breakfast to say hello and thank us for staying. The front desk staff were all helpful in recommendations and so kind to help us find what we needed. I recommend this hotel to anyone and I’d be happy to return.

The staff were extraordinary. Santa at the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating to our needs. The manager was friendly and approachable. Expedia said breakfast buffet but it was full serviced meal with unlimited options. Expedia needs to correct the information because it’s misleading when you don’t see the buffet. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Rome.
