When I complained about a hundred ants/termites in my bedroom, not much of a reaction. I asked for my checkout printed on paper, they refused. Stated I’ll need to contact Expedia.
Zoom in and you’ll see what was crawling on me before I noticed them.

If you are a female, just don’t. I have stayed in sketchy hotels before, this one was the first ever to regret choosing this location. I was only visiting LI for 12h and needed somewhere to sleep. I think all would have been fine if it wasn't so vacant, the cellular was blocked and wifi was ‘not working’. There was 0 way for me to contact anyone had i needed to which made me feel so unsafe. I was also right next to the janitor room i believe and someone was in/ out constantly which is fine but i always sounded like someone was entering my room. When i arrived the sink was running full blast, looks like someone just got out of the shower & the toilet did not work. Also the AC was not working I normally have it set for 70 but it was so hot i dropped it to 68, then 66 and it still felt like it was mid 70s. I barely slept. Will not return.

Wonderful stay. Only small issue was the water went from hot to cold in a matter of minutes. By my last night it was hot for the whole shower so I think the problem has been fixed. Just my luck it wasn’t fixed before my stay.

Definitely not what I saw in the pictures. The rooms are very old and even though it was a non smoking room, the smell of cigarettes and weed smoke were definitely strong. It was only one night so i toughed it out. I got there about 2am on the 19th and checked out around 1045 on the 19th. The ladies that checked me in and checked me out were fantastic, though. Its a very convenient location, being so close to the airport and all major roads.

The photos were of the same hotel but they did not show the current condition of the building. There was a strong smell in the hall and water stains on the ceiling of our room. The staff gave us a slightly better room. An exterior door with a sign stating this door must remain locked 24 hours was propped open with a rock until i complained. I felt trapped because the hotel would not allow us to check out without a huge fee because of the expedia cancelation policy. We decided to tough it out for 2 nights which was a mistake. My daughter and i both had allergy issues during the stay.
