The check in person in the evening was very friendly. The rest of the staff, not so much. Definitely clean. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. The bedding was noisy, like plastic or something. The breakfast was good. Good location.

The toilet and shower was peeling, there was spiders crawling on the roof. The pull out couch had lots of crumbs and the breakfast eggs were waters and the bacon was rubbery. The toilet was backed up. Pretty upsetting stay. The only plus was the room had a full size fridge and stove. Also the lady in the front over charged our card.

The staff made the stay. Mark, Shawna, and the rest of the of the nfron of the house staff couldn't have been more genuine, professional, and attentive. I had to make daily changes tio my reservation due to the storm that recently passed, and they kept it moving everyday as if it was just another day at work.Housekeeping was exceptional as well. Clearly have pride in their work, friendly and consistent. The place was just engaging and felt easy and delivered high quality service for the entire stay.

The room was clean, updated, the general hotel the same, and they provided a good breakfast. The bed itself was comfortable, but the sheets wouldn’t stay on. Either the pockets weren’t deep enough, or the elastic was shot, but both the fitted sheet and the mattress cover kept coming off during the night. We are not restless sleepers, but it didn’t take much to have them come off. Multiple times. This does not make for a good night’s sleep. And to be charged $12 for parking?! I can see that in urban settings where parking is scarce. Not in a town like Roswell, where we were surrounded by parking lots for businesses and other hotels. While I didn’t look hard, I did not see this extra charge when booking to hotel, and the rate I paid was supposed to be the all-in price. Probably won’t stay here again, there are many other options in the area.
