Waschbecken Abfuhr verstopft , gemeldet bei Reception aber problem nicht gelöst . Fensterladen dauerhaft geschlossen . Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu wenig gewechselt .

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer akkurat sauber. Standard vom Zimmer einfach. Handtücher wechsel klappte nicht immer, oft von der Rezeption abholen müssen. Gardine etwas loderig.

Hallo Dieter, Wie schön zu hören, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel hatten. Im Moment haben wir tatsächlich mit einem Handtuchmangel zu kämpfen, zum Glück arbeiten wir schon seit einiger Zeit daran. Es gibt nur eine lange Lieferung auf den Handtüchern, die den ganzen Weg aus Frankreich kommen müssen.
