If you're here, then you're looking for a good deal but are worried about whether this place is somehow bad. While this place won't win any luxury awards, it is totally fine and clean and comfy. I stay here once in a while when on a solo ski run to Ski Apache, and this place works for me every time. It's quiet, not too far out of town, the rooms were remodelled in the last year or two, the heating is good for cold winter days, and the bathroom was clean. I'll keep coming back here.

I was put in a joing room. The first night, the Other people in room 125 had a dog that kept barking at the joining door. The second night, the new guest had a small child that kept knocking on the joining door. The person above us was walkimg back and forth all day and night with heavy steps. We disnt sleep well.

I have been going to Ruidoso for many years and was nervous to stay here at first. I was totally wrong rooms were super clean, smelled good, the rooms look updated, fridge, microwave. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and front office the lady was super nice. For the price I would stay here again.

The room had caulking that looked like it was old or just badly done. The side of the cabinet at the bottom looked like the paint was coming off. The eggs tasted bad.

The walls here are paper-thin; we could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to us. It was awful. We could not sleep due to all the noise and left in the middle of the night. I would not recommend. The room was clean only bright side.
