Consistently happy

We come to Dixon about 3-4 times a year and always have a good stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast each morning has plenty of choices.

Noisey neighbor, poor wall isolation, confusing intercom. My neighbor room family was fighting and talking loudly late night till 3am. I told staff next day morning but no action. Next evening I asked if same neighbor is still in that room and asked to take care of noise no action. In the night I tried to reach out front desk over intercom but unsuccessful. Had to go down at 2am to ask for help. Help desk person was helpful. Heanaged to calm them down.

We could hear people talking in the room next to us. For breakfast, it is better to place potatoes separately so vegans and vegetarians can also enjoy them

Nice hotel

The desk assistant was courteous. Told us that hot water and decaf coffee was available. The room was clean and tidy. I will say that the carpet outside of the elevator could use a good cleaning. When checking out we told them the bed made a bit sore. The desk clerk told us that they have mattress pads. Next time we will tale them up on that offer
