Had made reservations for a double bed and was given a king, wasn't given an option and did not know until arriving to the room. In addition, the train comes regularly which may not be a good thing if you are a light sleeper. It all makes sense they provide ear plugs as well as a white noise machine at the bedside. I would chose a hotel much farther from the railroad tracks next time. After all these inconveniences, they still want to charge you $10 for parking. Good thing it was only for one night, will chose another location next time.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Downfall was that my first room had the air conditioner unit detached from the wall and in the middle of the ground as if it was being worked on and left. On Christmas mourning at 7am the fire alarm went off and all guest had to evacuate the building. No fire was reported thank God. We were able to go back into the building once the firefighters came. About 20-30min later the alarm went off again for about 1 minute or so. No free breakfast and you have to pay for parking. Pay at property it’s only $10 a night.

Horrible experience! First off the TV kept shutting off, kept freezing on channels and eventually never came back on. The amount of light through the door cracks, curtains and all the lights from the thermostat, clocks,LED’s makes it extremely hard to sleep. But the biggest thing and absolutely gross is that the tub instantly clogged and filled with water trying to shower. 2 Adults and 2 children not ideal! But I will say the check in staff was very nice and the beds are comfortable. Clearly low maintenance! Other than that I would NOT stay here again.
