Not a drop of hot water on the second morning of our stay. Very unpleasant to have to attend business meeting without showering. A room on the same floor was offered but duh, same boiler, same lack of hot water.

The drains in the shower were clogged and not fully draining the water. The products were very low grade and we had to pay for parking. Also, the room was quite expensive for the quality.

Everything was good for the most part. Clean room, bathroom mostly clean with some smalll stains on the wall but not enough to be disgusted by. Check out service was great. Girl who checked us out was kind and courteous unlike the guy who checked us in aroind 11 pm the night before. He had a rude attitude about us asking a simple question about using a secondary card on the accound that was a family member of ours.
