I liked how close it was to Old Town and the Capitol. The staff were great, and the rooms were comfortable. The only thing preventing me from giving it five stars were the really apparent spider webs and the tiny pillows on the king bed.

The room was not very clean, especially considering the price. Our shower walls were very dirty and covered in soap scum. The drain was also clogged so the water backed up into the tub, which is obviously very gross. The hotel desk clerk did not seem to really care when I told him upon checkout. (We only stayed 1 night and discovered the issue late at night). The food and bar staff were very nice! The breakfast was ok but some of the foods were stale and the drink glasses tasted like sanitizer. Special shoutout to the valet crew, they were very helpful and kind.

Excellent Place to Stay!

Great place to stay that is very conveniently located to everything. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Probably the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had! I will definitely like to stay there again.

This property is excellent!! Clean, spacious and quiet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast wonderful. The only negative is the restaurant for dinner, not a good idea. The food tasted and appeared “premade” not flavorful.

Vallet seemed a little disorganized compared to our last visit. We were told restaurant was open till a 11 pm and tried calling from 10 pm to 10:35 pm and went down to attempt to order to find out it wasn't open. So front desk said it was open and that was disappointing. As we love being able to dine here at the hotel. Also miss toiletry items like make up wipes and qtips in room.

Close to Golden 1 where we attended our nieces graduation from Sac State. I expected a few more amenities, but the hotel itself was perfect. We loved the seating area in the lobby. It was a great place to get together with the rest of the family, eating snacks, enjoying happy hour that offers free drinks and yummy snacks: crackers, cheese, fries, fruit and more! We later ordered food for the area. I did expect a robe and so didn't bring one. They don't have them, but ok The suites were good and I enjoyed the living room as we get up different times.
