Limited parking, location is in a shopping center, dated paint and furniture. First room we got in was hot, stuffy, and smelled of smoke (was non-smoking). Front Desk was nice and changed rooms no problem. Second room better but still dated. Good news was the bed and pillows were comfortable. The provided fan helped keep room cool since the bed is in its own room. Online pics really glam up the property. Pics are not all of the Folsum property, they use other "Larkspur landing" pics from other properties.

OK for the price we paid.

We were in the Fair Oaks / Folsom area looking at homes and needed to spend the night last min. The room was OK. Bedroom in suite did not have it's own AC unit so the room was warm and stuffy. The window was blocked and would only open 1 inch so did not help much with air flow. Free breakfast was nothing special. I would call it an enhanced continental breakfast.

Loved having a full kitchen. Just like being home. Didn’t like my key card not working properly. Took 3 trips to front desk and got issued new cards, keys instead of fixing the problem inside of door pad. Other than that, a great deal for what you pay for. Very comfortable rooms!

We have stayed here several times and we are locals. We have roommates so it’s nice to get out. Love have the kitchen set up and the beds are comfy. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast bar and tea and cookies in the evening. My only suggestion is to clean the carpets more often. Otherwise we obviously love it as we visit a few times a year.
I let them know we were celebrating a birthday and this cute lil washcloth puppy was on the bed! So cute! 💕
