Check in was super easy. I received all of the information I needed up front when I checked in. The room was clean. The location was in a great area. Hotels.com made it easy and fast for me to make a quick reservation and head over after my initial reservation with another hotel chain fell through.

We have stayed here for years, it is always clean and the staff are friendly and so accommodating. We did have noisy neighbors this time. However, they did quiet down after 11pm.

It was an ok stay at the hotel. The problem was the other room didn’t have air conditioning in it. It was way too hot. They did provide a fan, but it was outdated and not efficient enough. They need to update their rooms and update any fans or equipment they have. The only part that was the best was the price was lower than other area hotels.

Staff was very welcoming and professional. Property is located on a main street close to shopping and eating. Plentiful parking available. Good choice for a short stay where you don’t need access to a swimming pool or outside patio area to relax.Nice to have an elevator to upper floors. Room is dated, very basic furnishings. Room is clean enough that I felt comfortable staying there, but I would not want to stay for an extended time. It doesn’t feel like it’s freshly clean. It was nice to have the double suite with two sleeping areas. The king size bed in room 242 is not secure. When I sat on the end of the bed, it nearly tilt it over on me. It is not securely bolted down. The floors in the elevators were quite dirty. If you need a relatively clean, conveniently located place for a very short stay, this hotel will serve you.

not the best experience. The room was missing basic things like a blow dryer or a phone that worked and things were dirty. The place felt dirty, old and rundown, but what pushed me over was a $10 charge a day for parking in an open parking lot without SECURITY. No other hotels like this charge for parking so I would not stay here again just for the principle of it.
