Stayed Jan 15–18 in Room 417. The room was run down—old appliances and missing baseboard. On the second morning my wife woke up with a bite on her finger that looked like it could be bed bugs, and we reported it. Credit to the check-out/front desk staff—she was very professional and helpful in addressing the issue.

Probably the best stay I’ve had. Routinely come here. Conveniently near a grocery store and Starbucks. Friendly hotel staff. Good breakfast. Really nothing to complain about at all. The pretty morning staff member behind the front counter who has a nice smile is a highlight.

The property or the room is pretty old. The double suite shared by two people is below average in cleanliness. Dust is visible on all surfaces, hair is in the towel, and crumbs are on the floor. The suite includes an oven, dishwasher, and other appliances, but some are not working. Considering the price we paid for what feels like a 200-year-old property, I expected better cleanliness and more up-to-date equipment. The staff who checked us in were very friendly and respectful.

First young lady I encountered at the desk, Eastern European accent, was nasty. She put me in a horrible room on the first floor that I do not believe was clean. In the middle of the night I had to complain about the stomping going on over my head and a different woman at the desk put me on the top floor - thank you again for that. That room was clean and quiet and did not have a rubber sheet on the mattress, the guest one did. The laundry facilities need to be kept cleaner. Not the best neighborhood. Hobos were everywhere and the security guard literally sits out front smoking cigarettes not patrolling anything. Everyone but that first lady and the security guard were reasonable and friendly.

Good afternoon, Arrived and was giving the incorrect room. So i had to come back downstairs to be told it’s a twenty dollar up grade, which i paid. Had a friend meet me there and she changed and left her clothes in the closet and was told she did not leave anything there. I was up all night with the noise that i woke up and got out of Bed and left at 7am on January first after a night of being out and celebrating.
