My room smelled like cigarettes and had dirty spots in the bathroom and sink. I was woken up at 4 and 5 am due to neighbors yelling and the walls are very thin. I’ve been exhausted all day and regret extending my trip

The heater did not work, the sheets were not soft and were cold, the sheets and blanket did not fit the bed, halls smelled like cigarette smoke (I am allergic to it), people smoking in their room with their arm out the door, two older people (my wife and I) given 2nd floor rooms, no parking near the rooms that we were given, and no alarm clock.

The solo trip I needed

I booked my stay for two days. Everything was great. When I arrived at the property a nice lady named Monica helped me check-in. The room was just what I needed. The king-size bed was so soft and comfortable. They gave me an extra two pillows and I thought that was so kind. The heating & the AC worked perfectly. It was a little nosey but not to the point where I couldn't sleep. 10/10. I will be back soon.

Although this hotel room was spotless and very comfortable, I did not feel safe parking my car at night and walking to my room. I did not receive a map of the large property and I could not find my room. I had to go back and ask for assistance to locate my room and feel safe. The manager (I believe) walked me graciously to my room for safety. It property was full, very noisy, people were drinking and smoking and hanging out, it did not feel like a safe situation. The room was perfect, the bed was excellent, all other ammentities were excellent...

Parking was free. I had no trouble walking from my car to my car in the parking lot. Inside my room was a big clean comfortable bed and hard wood flooring. A working mini frig and TV. The towels were big and fluffy. A free breakfast was offered that started at 7am, but I had appointments from 6am to 11am. So I wasn’t able grab a bite. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
