Fairly cheap but that’s what you get for what you paid for. Not allowed to ask for towels (if you still plan on keeping that deposit), had to keep my door closed with two chairs (door wouldn’t lock either and would often lock the door from the inside). The blankets and bedding had holes and mystery stains too. Contacted to owners about the deposit (didn’t ask for any amenities), but it’s been almost a week and they have yet to contact me.

so this is in a small part of the city and it is an older Neighborhood on its way to be transformed. But there is great food within walking disrance and actually the same block of its locationfrom great B-fast diner on the property, Mexican food across the road, and a wonderful hole in the wall BBQ place just outside the gate of the exit. Our room was very spacious and Large TV. My only complaint is if you go out late and come back late you have to call the office to open the gate to be able to drive your car inside the property, whoch is noce knowing your vehicle is safe and secure.

It was the perfect price for needing a place to sleep only, while in Sacramento for the night The room was clean The staff was nice The area is an older part of town But the property is gated so I felt safe I’m familiar with the are so no biggie Would stay again if I need last min place to sleep for a very economical price 👍

I loved the set up of my room. Very cozy, came with a full sized fridge, kitchen sink, cute sized bathroom. Great air conditioning. And the best part, the room was SUCH an affordable price!
