Customer service at front desk was horrible, the way I was talk to by dave tge manager on Sunday was horrible, and being told that they don’t care about the bus for the guest at 11a on Tuesday by maddi was horrible, people at the restaurant in the basement didn’t care about cleanliness, and seemed to always give you attitude when you picked up your food, hot tubs could be a lot warmer, pools could be a lot warmer,

Everything was fun and clean. Was bummed the lazy River was closed for our stay but understandable. The price of food and drinks is a bit steep. $26 for one pizza. $26 for one drink and one beer is a lot so we only spent 10 minutes in the swim up bar. Free coffee and cheaper games in the morning for a hour was a plus. The hours for the waterpark were a little frustrating as kids are up early but we made it work! Thanks Bavarian!

The hotel room was clean but a little dated. The new water park is lovely. There is a wide variety of slides for different ages and levels of thrill. The adult’s only hot tub and swim up bar were nice and secluded away from the noise of the rest of the park.

I made my reservation and somehow it only accounted for 2 of my 4 kids on Expedia and there was a miscommunication. After trying to find a resolution, the lady at the front desk got a supervisor and was able to straighten it out. I felt terrible about the situation because I had filled everything out stating I had 4 kids. I think that part was an error on Expedia - not the hotel. But unfortunately, this stay was extremely unpleasant. After the girl at the desk was able to help me, and I was going to leave her a fantastic review
