The overall property was good. The room we had was on the side facing the highway. You could really hear the traffic from the highway. Maybe if you were in a room on the other side, it would be better. The beds are not comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the property in the room was good.

I went through Expedia. Never again. They charged me doe a room and then didn't send the reservation through to the hotel. Had to book another room through the hotel and now news to wait to get a refund back from expedia. Hotel staff was great. Very accommodating.

Good Experience

We were very happy with our choice of hotels after staying here. We went to Frankenmuth for the day and dinner and then stayed the one night. I was such a clean and comfortable hotel. Much appreciated.

Birch run outlets were across the highway very easy to access, down the road about 6 miles from Frankenmuth Bavarian village and Bronners Christmas store the largest in the world

The soap & lotion dispensers are placed a little high. I am 5'2" and it was a stretch for me to reach. I can't imagine if i were shorter or a child. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful.

The property looks like it’s getting a lot of updates. Our room was clean and had some normal ware. The beds though are very hard so made it tough to sleep. Over all stay was very nice and close to shopping outlets and not to far from Bronner’s.
