Smelly

First room smelled entirely of dog pee. They cleaned it, and it still smelled. They moved us to another room. Second room also had a very weird smell too it; staff described it as sewage. So then our third room smelled better, but the sink had so so much hair in it and sticking out of, it was clogged. Not very clean.

Great Place to Stay

Room was very large and clean. Ammenties in the room and in the hotel were great. The breakfast had a little bit for everyone (no meat beyond eggs - FYI). Staff was very friendly. Hotel was quiet, despite a large high school group being in the hotel.

My stay was ok. The rooms were nice and big. But room didn’t have an ice bucket. And the loud radio blaring at 5:00 am above me. Try calling the front desk but no answer. Music played for a good hour before it was turned off.

Bring ear plugs if you want a chance of sleep

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. At first glance, the room seemed fine, but as we unpacked, it quickly became clear cleanliness wasn’t a priority. The bathroom had splatters of toothpaste (and who knows what else) on the walls, two hairs stuck to the shower wall, and a candy beside the bed. There was also garbage tucked into the sides of the couch. The bedding was another issue. The pillows were lumpy, and the sheets were microfiber, pilled, staticky, and uncomfortably hot—far from restful. To make matters worse, the building had almost no soundproofing. We could hear and feel every footstep and drawer closing from the room above us, and the guest there was up until nearly 3 a.m. both nights. We were startled awake continually through the night. When we contacted the front desk, they suggested we switch rooms—but none were available for our family of four. Additionally, the room’s front door had a gap at the bottom and no weather sealing, letting in light and noise from the hallway. The breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options for those with dietary restrictions. The only positive was the friendly staff, but unfortunately, their kindness couldn’t make up for the many issues we encountered. For the price, we expected much more in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and soundproofing. We won’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

My second time staying here. Facility is amazing. Staff even better. Stick around for breakfast or coffee in the morning and you will be greeted by one of the greatest service members I ever encountered.

Our room was 57 degrees upon check in at 9 pm. The outside temp was 28. Also the kitchen area had two cracked tile. The desk clerk rosemary was very accommodating and gave us the room Next door. Which was 59. She said cleaning service turns it down because they get hot cleaning and forget to turn it back on. It took about 45 mins or so to become bearable.
