Parking was easy. In the room Our tub wouldn’t drain correctly. The service didn’t come at all on Sunday, we weren’t even in the room but the towels needed replacing and the garbage was overflowing. We got back later in the evening to none of it done. Don’t recommend the restaurant attached. We waited over an hour for our easy food to have the manager lie to us it was on the way, to the waitress saying a table was ahead of us making it over an hour wait for very few people in the restaurant. I was so upset ( didn’t cause a seen ) asked to have it boxed to head to our room. The manager and waitress were speaking Spanish and staring at us. I felt very uncomfortable about what they were saying about us. Didn’t go back even though we paid the “ extra “ with our 4 day reservation for the breakfast. I won’t be staying here again.

Super bummed

The pool was amazing. I was given a room that was super small. The room i got was not the one i purchased.The bathroom was small with no where to set anything. The toilet had no seat cover. I was very dissappointed. Had to stay the whole 3 nights do to it being none refundable which i have never run into until this trip

When I checked in there I got the only room available so set the front desk staff. I go up to the room. The room smells super musty, very dank and dirty. Then on top of that right almost smack dab in the middle of the bed is a big hairball so I went back downstairs. I asked him if there's another room. They said that was the only one. I told him that room was unacceptable so I didn't even stay at that room. I didn't even stay at the facility yet. I did pay so I still need a refund

Got put in a dirty room, they switched me rooms after I let them know the beds weren’t made and the trash was full of beer cans. We didn’t get any apologies or any compensation for inconvenience. We ate dinner there on site we ordered two of the same items but didn’t ask both if we wanted sauces and then they forgot the au juice on one only and when asked about it they acted like they didn’t know. Food overall wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t go unless your to tired to go out
