I honestly was super disappointed the floor in my bathroom was cracked and I stubbed my toe on it, tv had no connection, both hot tub and pool was closed down and said nothing on the website about that nor did the receptionist tell me. Black little hairs along side the bathroom tub

Absolutely Disgusting Property

This property is rundown and disgusting. Not clean at all. The "breakfast" was limited choice and sub-par at best. The "coffee" came out thick and I didnt drink it because it looked disgusting. There were little particles in the apple juice. I would NEVER book here again. The only positive was the staff was nice.

Lesson Learned: Call Ahead

It was very disappointing. The hotel is not as advertised. The pool and hot tub were permanently closed. However, the online listings say they are open. That was the reason we chose to stay there. Our beds were not comfortable, the linens had an odor to them; like stale sweaty bedhead. There was dirt in the corners of the floor and the sink had an odor and the drain was rusty. One thing they do have is a hair dryer, which was great, however, it is not listed on the hotel listing so we all packed ours.

Chose this property at the last minute due to another hotel overbooked. The side “park” area for taking your pets was full of debris. My dog hurt its paw on something. There were no bags in the dispenser. I reported the unsafe debris yo the fro t desk. They did not seem interested.

Expo trip

Came to Equifest [an equine livestock expo] for my hobby, model horse showing.....booked through Hotels.com. Room was extremely clean, staff went above and beyond[ [ brought me ice from upstairs when lower floor machine was not working without my asking] very friendly, breakfast area was immaculate and well stocked.....everything in my room worked. I HIGHLY recommend
