We booked and paid for a suite for two evenings. They didn't have the suite and put us in a room with two beds instead. When we returned for the second night, our belongings were in trash bags. They'd checked us out of the room. Some of our belongings are still missing. Received a partial refund, still paid too much considering.

Hello, I am requesting a full refund for my recent hotel stay due to serious safety and service issues. Hotel staff entered our room and went through our personal belongings and luggage without permission. We were locked out of our room and given the wrong room key twice, which made us feel unsafe. There was also a major privacy issue, as you could see directly into the room from under the door, forcing us to place a towel underneath for safety , also heat did NOT stay on! It continued to be very cold! When we tried to report these concerns, the staff was rude and hung up on us. Because of these incidents, we did not feel safe continuing our stay. This experience did not meet basic safety standards, and I believe a full refund is appropriate. Please let me know how this will be resolved

Booked and had a 3pm check in but waited almost an hour and was told later that my check in was supposed to be at 4 when confirmation showed 3pm. They then had my card in hand but attempted a different card more than a dozen times with charges at 2x what the room cost was. Once that was resolved I got two different knocks on the door to see if someone was in the room by different people. The reason I booked here was for the pool and hot tub which were not available. When I reached out to windham they made it sound like these were my issues and not issues of the hotel. Will never stay here again. Should mention all people checking in had these same issues.

Upon arrival my husband and son were told that they did not have a reservation and that they (the hotel) could not provide them with a room. Only after my husband provided a copy of the paid confirmation and pushed the issue was a room - king bed reeking of cigarette smoke - provide.

The hotel is under renovation so that was expected. The room I checked into had not been cleaned and made up. I went back down to the desk and the night manager was completely unhelpful. He goes on to tell me that they don’t make up the rooms everyday. I said I just checked in and the room is not cleaned or made up. He still wants to argue with me so I told them I was leaving and to refund the cost to my CC. More nonsense from the manager, so I left. He never asked if he could set me up with another room. Absolutely a terrible experience. Don’t stay here.
