The indoor pool is sparkling clean, warm, and in good working order. As is the small workout room. My room is fresh and bright. I haven't had breakfast yet but if it matches what I've seen so far-hooray!

Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The lack of quality support, softness of the bed was our greatest dislike. Staff was awesome and attentive to concerns, questions and very informative about the area. Breakfast options are wonderful and readily available during breakfast hours. We were fortunate to stay at this same Crystal Inn in October of '24 as well! Had an incredibly wonderful trip to SLC area and our stay was exceptional! Upon checking out and arriving at home later, I realized that I had inadvertently left a very important, much needed article in our room when we packed up to leave!!! Yikes!!! Placed a couple of calls over the next two days in hopes of recovering said article! Longer story made short, we were able to have the item found and immediately mailed to us at home!! Between the phone calls and actions taken by The Staff on Monday following the October mishap in packing, what could have potentially had a horrible ending ended with joy, relief and very happy Guests that obviously returned again!! Nice stay

Service was good up to my requesred wake up call. Did not receive one. Room was nice. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel supplied a Lyft ride to the airport, as my ride needs were outside their shuttle times. I would stay here again.

Stayed her for the hotel shuttle was told that there was not one after 10pm had to get my own. Got to hotel and was told they would of gotten us a Lyft. They did end up reimbursing us for the Lyft. Told the night clerk we need a ride to the airport in the morning and she did not schedule it. Luckily they accommodated us. The property is nice and even through we had the transportation frustration they came through. My big frustration was no regular coffee with the breakfast buffet. That was just not ok as most of us need our morning coffee and when asked the front desk girl was just rude about it. Breakfast was ok. Nothing to write about.
