The front desk worker was welcoming and kind. Upon entering the room there was a strong odor that smelled like urine. It was so bad I had to spray my perfume to mask the smell (it didn’t help). I tend not to be sensitive to smells, but this got me. This is the first that I have stayed at a Quality Inn, and will not be returning.

We called this hotel twice before booking to ask if there was an indoor pool, in which they said yes! Once we booked and paid, upon arrival we were told there was an outdoor pool which was delapitated and filled with mud. We were highly upset and requested a refund, but was refused by the manager.

This hotel was easy to get to and the check in was smooth. The room was clean and each bed had 4 pillows. It was very reasonably priced. The linens were fairly worn and the room had an odd smell. It is an older property. .

Apparently the free shuttle to the airport is not 24 hours a day, Most of the amenities are broken or out of order, they only have one ice machine and it is broken. The doors and exterior access to the building are often broken. Only the front door is available for entry in the evening.

Simple and safe

Stay was wonderful was in town for a gymnastics meet room was clean. Plenty of space requested to be on the first floor since we had children they were able to accommodate us simple breakfast and easy parking and great location next to gas station. Also love the availability of the shuttle to and from the airport highly recommend.

It was pretty average, the property was perfectly fine. Nothing special. The bed was very comfortable. My tv didn’t work in the room so I just watched movies on my computer. Staff was super friendly. Walls were paper thin. So I don’t know, it wasn’t awful it wasn’t amazing. Good bang for your buck I guess.

HOUSEKEEPER JEWELRY THIEF NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!

After I checked out yesterday morning the Housekeeper stole my jewelry, 3 rings, earrings and a bracelet, that I inadvertently left in the bathroom. I was visiting family for the day and realized my rings were missing at dinner. I called the hotel immediately and the desk clerk couldn't find them anywhere. Quality Inn is a reputable name in the Hotel industry and theft of this nature is absolutely unacceptible. I have filed a police report!
