A great place for a cheap sleep

I've become somewhat fond of the Sleep Inn chain. Their entire marketing hinges around the idea of finding a good night's sleep and honestly, their model reflects that. They tend to have some of the best beds and linens, and the mood of the place is generally conducive to showing up, resting deeply, and leaving quietly. I dig it. For the value, it's been a solid choice for me.

Needs some attention.

The rooms were ran down, our rooms carpet was coming up between the bathroom and room floor. Could use a good wall and door washing. The hot tube was not hot. Also the walls are thin we could hear everything going on in the next room.

Booked a hotel for my wife and baby. Upon arrival, they were shocked by the room’s condition: torn wallpaper, a bag over the fire alarm, blood stains on the bed, and a door that wouldn’t close. My wife felt very unsafe, so I booked her a room at another hotel. The front desk offered a refund, but the manager denied it the next day. Additionally, the front desk staff walked into our room.

This hotel was horrid. The AC was broken, the toilet didn’t work, the light in the shower was covered in mold and leaking moldy water. They gave us a different room and that room smelled disgusting like rotten milk and dirty feet. One of the beds has a giant booger on it so obviously the bedding was unwashed. Then when we went to shower the curtain and curtain rod fell and did not go back on, so we had to shower without a curtain. I’m also disabled and the second room was on the second level… they do not have an elevator!! I cancelled my second reservation for this hotel and they refused to give me a refund! DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE!!

Nice and clean and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is vast and yummy, my teenager loved it. I used the hot tub one evening and it was nice. Walkable distance to restaurants, also near the freeway and a big Walmart.

This property and it's staff was most uplifting! Hats off the the General Manager, Teresa Delgado and the rest of the front desk and the housekeeping crew. This place was most affordable and great all the way around. I transferred to this hotel after paying $260 a night at another hotel with the worst experience ever. I can't wait to revisit after the renovations. Thank you all for the great experience!
